TERMS OF SERVICE
School Leavers Company use the ‘Order Summary Form’ ONLY when processing order totals. The ‘Order Collection Sheets’ that show everyone’s names and their order are for the customers reference ONLY. If you have any queries regarding this please contact School Leavers Company prior to placing your final order.
It is the responsibility of the customer to approve the artwork before printing or embroidery begins. Customers providing logos, names or specific artwork confirm that any materials supplied do not infringe any UK laws. The customer confirms that any logos supplied are done so with the full knowledge and permission of any parties with proprietary or trademark rights and that any personal names are supplied with full consent of the persons named (or the consent of their parent/guardian if they are under 16).
Changes to Artwork:
Any changes to artwork MUST be brought to our attention prior to artwork being approved. Any changes requested after the artwork has been approved may not be possible or may incur further costs. We accept no responsibility for any accidental loss or damage to artwork supplied.
School Leavers Company reserves the right to change prices and to do so without notice. Prices are quoted inclusive of VAT and delivery. Prices charged will be those in place at time of confirmation of order. Special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
Delivery will normally be made within 15–20 working days from confirmation of order (and receipt of artwork/order quantity approval) to all European destinations. School Leavers Company can accept no responsibility for delays beyond their control.
School Leavers Company is not liable in any way for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond it’s control.
Shortfalls / Quality Issues:
Any shortfalls or quality complaints must be notified in writing to School Leavers Company within 48 hours of delivery.
All washing & care instructions of the garments supplied by School Leavers Company must be strictly complied with.
Unless with prior agreement from School Leavers Company payment is to be made in full at the time of placing the order.
The title of any goods purchased shall not pass to the customer until payment in full has been made to School Leavers Company.
Any cancellation of an order must be confirmed in writing to us. Any / all artwork or set-up costs incurred prior to the notification of cancellation will be charged in full. Any garments which have already been processed will be charged in full.
Screens remain the property of School Leavers Company.
This website incurs Copyright Protection of all intellectual property including images, designs, or any other aspects of the website and will face full and immediate legal proceedings if Copyright infringement has occurred by individual/groups or any organisations or persons acting solely or in conjunction with other parties. School Leavers Company accepts no liability for infringements of copyright by the customer when artwork is supplied.
Samples are sent out upon request to the customer. If the sample(s) is/are not returned within 4 weeks of dispatch or in unacceptable condition the customer must pay for them fully at the standard brochure price.
School Leavers Company will always endeavour to supply any particular garments specified in our brochure. Where these are unavailable, however, School Leavers Company reserve the right to substitute with garments of similar quality or size. Orders placed via our Reorders Page can only be accepted if the customer is able to supply a valid SL reference number on the form, enabling us to quickly identify the original order design that we are replicating. We will not accept orders for single reorder hoodies via any other method than the Reorders Page and will not supply a visual of the original order design. Single reorders are done purely as a service as they are not profitable for us to produce. We therefore kindly request that customers bear this in mind and use the form which is the most efficient way of us receiving the order.
