BULK DELIVERY

Once the order is confirmed and all garments are manufactured we will pack and ship all the items to a single address (for example the School, or organisers private address).

Item's will be packed with a list for your to check off your order.

Each item will contain the name of the person it was ordered for.

Bulk delivery is included free of charge and is delivered by courier.

HOME DELIVERY

This method allows us to deliver each purchasers hoodie directly to their individual home address.

If you require this service, simply select the home delivery option on the enquiry form.

How Will this work?

Online Shops

The purchaser will enter their delivery details when they order. They will see a small charge for delivery added to their order when they check out.

Items will be delivered by Royal Mail.

Online Order Forms

We’ll require you to send us a spreadsheet of wearers names and addresses (we’ll send you a template with the required format).

Once bulk production is complete, we’ll despatch each hoodie to the wearers home address via Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service. Whilst the service is tracked, no signature is required at the point of delivery to avoid any unnecessary contact.

Your total order value will include an additional charge for each home delivery.

RETURNS

Please note, as these garments are customised, we can only accept returns for garments that are found to be faulty, not true to size or where we have made a mistake. We will not accept responsibility for any errors or misinterpretations if they were present in the proof and not flagged by your organiser prior to production. Problems must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

FAULTY GARMENTS

If you consider that a garment, we have supplied is faulty we may ask that you return the garment. Upon receipt we will inspect the garment and if found to be faulty we will advise you of the outcome, which could include repair, replacement, or a refund as deemed appropriate by us. We will not accept claims for faults which arise from wear and tear, accidents, or misuse.

SIZING

On rare occasions a garment may not meet the size specification, we ask that you check the garment against the sizing chart. If you believe that it does not meet the sizing specification or you would like us to measure it for you, please return the garment. Upon receipt we will inspect the garment as a priority and advise our findings.

Do please note that as garments are customised your consumer rights do not permit you to return an item just because it does not fit. It is your responsibility to check sizes before placing an order. For example, not all 8/9 year olds are the same size, so check the actual dimensions that we provide in the size guides.

POSTAGE

If we request you to return an item, we will provide you with a freepost label and a form to complete. Ensure you complete all parts of the returns form, including SL reference number and your order number. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage as we are not liable for items lost in transit.

CLEANLINESS

Garments must be unworn and unwashed unless faulty. Faulty garments that have been worn must be cleaned before being returned. Any garments returned unclean will not be investigated and returned to the customer for cleaning.
